There were too few power outlets in the room, and it was hard to turn on the lights quietly in the middle of the night. I also didn't like that smoking was allowed in the rooms, since you could smell it all through the hallway.

The dinner buffet was pretty decent. The hotel and its facilities feel very dated, like they go back to the eighties, and the staff could barely speak English.

I could smell smoke even on the non-smoking floor. The hot spring was good, and they offer lots of skincare products to try, which you can buy in the lobby. The hotel is quite far from the main road and feels very commercialized.

The food was very good and the garden was really nice. Service was good too. Parking was busy, and the gift shop had limited staff. When I arrived, the air in the room smelled bad.

This was part of our tour itinerary, and it was an amazing Japanese-style hotel stay. We could use the public onsen pools for free, and slept on tatami beds.
