We were right at Oishi Park, so there was no need to head out the next morning for sunrise. The hotel is quite far from Kawaguchiko Station, but the bus makes it easy to get there. Our spacious room had a Mount Fuji view and its own bath. A privacy panel blocks the view once you're in the bath. You can also reserve a larger private onsen with them for free.

The staff were pleasant, and the area near Mount Fuji is beautiful, but it feels very isolated. Our room had old furniture, the mattresses and pillows were very hard, and we could hear everything happening in the shower and toilet.

We stayed in the (sea) Umi room, which had a stunning Mt. Fuji view. It was spacious, with the toilet and bathroom separate. There's a private hot spring you can reserve and use free of charge. The staff were kind. It's a bit far from the Kawaguchi station side, but very close to Oishi Park and reachable by bus.

Seeing Mt. Fuji from our room was amazing, and we really enjoyed the hotel. The hot spring was excellent, and the breakfast is worth getting. The egg Benedict was delicious 😋 I'd definitely choose this place again if I visit Kawaguchiko. Love this hotel 👍🏻
