Fuji Kurasu Hibiki

There are four beds, a tatami room, and two bathrooms, and we fit five adults. The living room is huge, and the bathroom is lovely, with a heated tub. When the weather is clear, you can see Mount Fuji from the balcony. The owner had thoughtfully turned on the heat before we arrived, and the house itself is excellent, with its own parking spot. After checking in, though, I emailed about a missing mattress sheet because we decided to have two people sleep in the tatami room, but never heard back. The living room tissues had run out, and we only noticed at night. The coffee capsules were also gone and the bin was full. There was a muddy water mark just inside the front door. It felt like the house hadn’t been serviced or checked properly between guests.

The house was clean and spacious, and I loved being able to take a bath upstairs while looking at Fuji. Customer service was great too. They explained the house rules and how to use everything inside clearly. I’d stay here again on another trip to Fuji.

The Mount Fuji views were breathtaking, and the facilities were excellent. For the reasonable price, it made for a comfortable, memorable stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The price was very reasonable, the rooms really clean, and the service was great. I especially loved the bathroom with its Fuji view.
