We had a lovely two nights at norm. fuji. The staff were excellent, answering our questions and looking after our requests. They even came by during the BBQ dinner they arranged to check that all was well. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped. We'll choose Norm again when we're back in Kawaguchiko.

My wife and I felt right at home here. We loved the fresh air, sounds of nature, and waking up in a new place, then curling up on a wonderfully fluffy bed, apparently a koala mattress. The furniture was carefully chosen, the food was delicious, and we finished the night looking at the stars by the campfire. Next time we'd bring a bigger group.

We spent a weekend here in November and really liked the brand-new house and its beautiful styling. The food was delicious, prepared by an on-site chef. A great spot for a weekend near Mt. Fuji.

We brought our dog on a family trip and found the glamping hotel stylish, spotless, and welcoming. The towels and amenities were excellent, and we made good use of the bathrobes and hoodies. Having a full range of condiments made cooking much easier. We enjoyed the sauna both at night and again in the morning. norm's original oil and room spray smelled so good that we now use them at home. We'd love to return next year.
