Enoca Hotel

The corn soup was my favorite, and there were unlimited amenities and drinks like coffee and soft drinks on the first floor. They even had facial masks. The room was enormous. We booked the largest one for only 18,000¥, a price I couldn't find elsewhere. The hotel is close to Enoshima Tower and the aquarium, and there's a convenience store nearby, so the location worked really well. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

Yuka was a wonderful host and helped us with whatever we needed from the start. The room was spectacular, and there were face masks and other care items at reception to take. We'd definitely recommend this hotel!

I'm very disappointed and won't stay here again. There's very little around the area, and the room was small and didn't match the pictures on the website. You can hear voices from next door. Security also felt really poor. Anyone could get to the guest room area through the elevator from the street, with no security check, and there's no double lock on the room door. They don't accept credit cards, but nobody told us when we booked, even though they asked for our card number then. We also had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff member. She wasn't professional and told us a lie when we asked to change rooms. I've worked in hotels, so I know how things work, but from the start she made it sound like the problem was my fault.

A great experience, with a very clean place and friendly staff. It's only eight minutes from Enoshima bay. I'll definitely come back.
