Snow ball Condominium

The apartment was clean and spacious, and parking was good. We enjoyed our stay, but the missing ocean view was a huge disappointment. We had booked apartment 202 more than four months ahead, visited in the off-season, and stayed five nights in a row. The Snowball photos online show sea views, but our second-floor balcony faced a neighboring house in pretty bad shape, with no water view at all. We’d traveled 11,000 KM to a tropical island and were only a few hundred feet from the water, so seeing a rundown concrete building across the street from our lodging was heartbreaking. When we asked staff to move us to another room, they just said, “no, sorry,” and that was it. It’s still a nice place, but they should clearly say before booking which rooms have no view. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have stayed here.

A great-value, roughly 40m2 apartment with private parking. It was new, spotless, practical, and fully equipped, even with a washer and dryer. A good base for trips around Okinawa.

Getting around on foot is a little difficult, and there aren’t any convenience stores or restaurants close by. With a car, nearby towns are no problem. The medium-sized apartment comes furnished with a springy bed, dining table, washing machine, bath and toilet, TV, and kitchen. Silverware and basic cooking supplies are there, along with air conditioning and heating.

Modern, lovely, tidy, and comfortable. I’d love to stay again, and highly recommend it. :)
