The spa baths are beautiful and free for hotel guests, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It’s a lovely little find at a terrific price. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Breakfast tasted very good and had plenty of choices, but on Sunday morning it was so busy that there were no seats. The spa also served dinner, with a good-value selection of Japanese dishes. The public onsen is in the next building and the facilities are very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English was good enough. I’d come back if I visit the area again.

A very nice, clean hotel with good service. There’s lots of free parking, free breakfast, and a free hot spring bath. Hard to believe the price is so low.

The location is good, close to a famous sightseeing spot. Dinner is well known and good, so it’s worth trying.

A natural hot spring made for a nice break from Tokyo. We spent New Year’s Eve 2017 there.
