It was quiet, and the owners were very kind. We had seven people, with two bedrooms and a sitting room to ourselves. Guests stay in some rooms on the ground floor, sharing the toilets and bath area. The owner uses rooms upstairs and some others downstairs. There’s a fridge and microwave, plus hot water and tea. We didn’t get to have breakfast there, unfortunately, but there’s a Family Mart with seating just three minutes down the road. It’s also easy to stroll over to the area where they keep the goats and feed them. A vending machine sells goat food.

We were there two days ago, on May 4, 2022. It’s a good place for anyone to visit, with a lovely atmosphere because it’s fairly far from the city. There’s a pasture that animal lovers and children would enjoy. The owner was very welcoming, and the food they made was delicious.

Run by a farming family, this guesthouse sits in a peaceful spot away from the busy city. The rural scenery was the first thing I noticed, and it changes beautifully with the seasons. In autumn, golden rice fills the fields. The Japanese-style interior has a warm, nostalgic feel, and the handmade futons were soft and comfortable. Breakfast included fresh farm vegetables and miso soup made with homemade miso, which warmed me right up. I also got to try farm work with the innkeeper, harvesting vegetables in the fields and rice in the paddies. It gave me a close look at farm life and was a valuable experience I wouldn’t normally have. I rated it 4.8 out of 5 for the warm hospitality and the chance to relax. The place has a charm you can only feel by visiting, so I hope lots of people get to experience it.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and really comfortable, and the food is delicious. The hospitality was excellent too. For a longer stay, it would be handy if they had laundry facilities.

The sleeping area has 10 tatami mats, and the next room, with its alcove, has 6. They work perfectly for getting work done. Recommended if you’re arriving by car.
