The owners seemed to be a married couple, and they were incredibly considerate throughout our stay. On the first day, they called to say they were taking a taxi from the airport, then met me outside the property and helped with the luggage. When I asked for something late at night, they went and bought it that same evening. On our last morning, they came to help with the bags again. There were five adults and two babies in our group, staying three nights and four days. I was nervous because it was my first Airbnb booking, but we ended up very satisfied. The space felt larger than it looked in the listing, and it was clean and well kept enough that I bought meat and fruit from the supermarket and cooked. They even took out the trash and cleaned the room when we left, so it stayed as tidy as on day one. I'd strongly recommend it for a large group. :)

A good hotel for a family trip, with a great location. Supermarkets, a shrine, temples, the subway, and even JR are all nearby. It's also suitable for vegetarians, and bringing your own meals is convenient.

Our room was huge, which made it a great choice for families with children, and it even had a laundry dryer and a place to cook. The hotel sits between Gion and Kushida Shrine stations, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby and Kushida Shrine easy to reach. There's no elevator, but the staff were very kind and carried everything upstairs for us. Thank you! 🙏

For a large family visiting Fukuoka, I'd definitely recommend this place. It's around a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station, a bit of a distance, but worth it.
