I liked having a small washing machine, and the place was clean. I didn’t notice the smell mentioned in earlier reviews, and the AC worked fine. WiFi was another story: I tried connecting to both networks several times and couldn’t get online. It wasn’t a big problem since I had 3GB of data each day. When I arrived after 4 p.m., the check-in tablet didn’t work. I called the hotline using it and got the entry code, and after that it worked. Four stars overall.

I only needed a place for one night during an airport layover, and it did the job nicely. The room was big enough for me, with a small table for eating or using. It’s a pleasant, inexpensive hotel with iPad check-in, nothing special but nothing bad either.

The internet stayed fast and reliable, the TV was decent, and the AC felt heavenly. They’ve fitted a sizable bed, desk, proper AC, a nice bathroom unit, a sink area, a spot for a washing machine, and even a fold-out desk with stools into a compact space. I live in an old site office that’s sort of like a converted container, but this place is nothing like that. There’s no dryer, and the roads and pavements around it are awful. If you have lots of luggage, I’d get an Uber taxi both ways. Even so, I enjoyed my stay a lot and wish I’d found it before some of the shockers I stayed at elsewhere in Fukuoka. It’s one of the newer unmanned hotels, so check in online ahead of time and you can just scan your QR code when you arrive.

You get what you pay for here. It’s very affordable and works well for one person or a pair, though three might be pushing it. The WiFi didn’t work, which was annoying because my data reception in the area wasn’t very good either.
