There’s a supermarket downstairs, handy for picking up drinks or snacks if you get hungry. Hakata Station is a seven-minute walk away, and the price felt very reasonable for the location. The room was clean, cozy, and seemed brand new, as if it had opened only the year before, in 2019. Great hotel!

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all warm and friendly. This place had just opened on 11 Nov 2019 and feels very modern. The standard queen room is around 15 square metres, or 160 square feet, so I'd suggest it for a solo traveler. Two people would be very cramped, though the rates are reasonable enough that booking two rooms is easy. There's a bar and restaurant in the small lobby, fast free WiFi, and coin laundry for ¥300 to wash and ¥100 to dry. Plenty of automated vertical parking is available next door and around the area. It's about a leisurely 10-minute walk via Hakata subway station, with a lift and escalators at exit #5 under Miyako Hotel.

The location was amazing, and I loved the stay. The employees were great, the bed and comforter were super comfortable, and there was a nice range of soaps in the shower. The room smelled really good too.

The kid loved the bunk bed. The room wasn't large, but it was nice and practical.
