It felt like staying in an apartment, with a full kitchen and a washing machine in the room. The rooms were spacious, and being right beside the train station was convenient, though some people may find the trains noisy at night and have trouble sleeping. There isn't an elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs. The walls had holes, and the service was okay. Parking is limited to two spaces; the lot next door is private property, so you can't use it.

The room itself was comfortable for our two-night stay, but reception support was below par. My room was missing the tablet and Wi-Fi router, and when I asked for help, I was told they were there. Also, there's no elevator for rooms above ground level.

The outside looks odd, so don't judge it by that. The roo. was much better than I expected.

I really enjoyed staying here. If I make it back to Beppu, I'd pick this hotel again.

I visited in December 2025. The spacious room had a sofa and washing machine, which made the stay comfortable. With the station nearby, it's easy to reach the day spas and restaurants in downtown Beppu. For friends traveling together or a couple looking for a business hotel in a similar price range, I highly recommend it.
