The staff were welcoming and spoke English, and it was easy to get around from here. Subway and bus stops are about a ten-minute walk away, with plenty of little kombini shops nearby for snacks and meals. The beds were comfortable after a long day out. I liked relaxing with a drink in the bar and lounge, and it’s a nice place to meet people if you’re into that. They turn off the lights at bedtime to keep things peaceful, and everyone is told about that before checking in. A lovely place to unwind.

The bar had two guys and one girl working, and they were really friendly and cute. They provide all the amenities, including towels, earplugs, shampoo, and body wash. If you’re staying near the city center for a couple of days, this would definitely be a good choice.

The staff were warm, helpful, and accommodating, but I had a really hard time sleeping. The walls are thin enough that noise carries from above, below, and next door. The beds were dirty too, and the dust made us have allergies every night.

The place was clean overall, and the staff were quick and provided excellent service. It’s one of the most basic hostels I’ve stayed in Japan. The issues I noticed seem to be management’s responsibility, not the staff’s. The building needs maintenance, and the hairdryer and toilet ventilators were dirty. The main door and bathroom doors should be replaced because guests shut them loudly at night. Guests should also be reminded to keep quiet after 10 pm.
