Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable if you like a firmer mattress. Check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and quick to help. There’s a place to store luggage, laundry facilities, and water to refill. The location is good too, without feeling overrun by tourists.

I really enjoyed using the public bath every day, and the Darjeeling-scented shower and bath gel was something special. Melinda, the non Japanese female staff member who greeted me and checked me in, was courteous and professional. I may have the spelling of her name wrong. The location is convenient, and the room size felt fine for the price. I’d recommend it to friends coming to Fukuoka.

We spent five nights at cross life tenjin and had a great experience. The atmosphere and surroundings were lovely, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. The welcome drink voucher can be used each day for either a soft drink or alcohol. There are lots of izakayas nearby, plus a 24-hour supermarket across the street. Definitely recommend it.

The only thing that let the room down for me was the flat pillows. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable, with a water dispenser and a nice view of the neighborhood. There are plenty of food options around, too. The hotel feels modern and is well kept, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, with a good range of choices.
