I couldn't travel because of a problem, so I asked for a refund and was refused. It's a shame the hotel wasn't willing to give good service.

I’d happily stay at FFFFFF Hotel again. It’s an easy walk from Hakata Station, with restaurants and convenience stores close by, and the price felt fair for the room and facilities. The room is on the small side, but comparable hotels at this price are much the same. There’s a washing machine on the balcony, plus free toiletries and an iron. Check-in was simple, with clear instructions and codes sent by email. You can upload your passport ahead of time or take a photo during check-in, and staff can help at the counter through a FaceTime call if needed. Luggage storage is free after 10:00 AM. I’d recommend it for a Fukuoka visit.

At around 700m from Hakata station, it can feel like a bit of a trek if you're hauling more than one suitcase. The room marked for two people feels completely packed with two. There’s no service at all because check-in is self-service, and at about 100 USD a night, I don't think it’s worth it.

The room was lovely, tidy, roomy and really comfortable. We spent four nights here and loved it. Would definitely come back 🩷
