The room was clean and fine, but there’s nobody at the front desk. You have to pay the tax yourself and have the exact change ready, which is very inconvenient.

A bus stop nearby makes it easy to get around Tenjin and other parts of Fukuoka, so this would work well for a longer shopping or sightseeing trip. The room size is good and the price feels fair. Parking would be useful, though I understand it may be hard to provide in that area. Discounted parking tickets for guests would be a nice option.

The room was already in this condition at check-in: dust and hair in a corner, stained bedding with menstrual blood and sweat, and a full trash can. They charge 3,000 yen if you ask for cleaning. Footsteps and other household sounds echo through the room, too. Have a nice stay, haha.

We stayed in #1001 and were surprised by how clean and spacious it was for the price. The bathroom wasn't very big, and at first I was concerned there was nobody at the front desk. Still, the stay was totally awesome.
