Room 101 was clean, tidy, and nicely designed. It had two sinks, which made it easy for family or friends to get ready and leave in the morning without waiting. The living room's red sofa could sleep one adult, though there were no blanket or pillow for it. Along with the sofa, there were two double beds and one single bed. The entryway was narrow, with room for only one person to put on or take off shoes at a time. There's also a washing machine but no detergent; bring small packets or laundry balls if you plan to wash clothes. About ten hangers can be hung on the bathroom rod, where clothes can dry overnight. This is self-service check-in. The host provides a QR code the night before, so you can enter booking details online and pay the accommodation tax by card. The room password appears on the check-in website at noon on arrival day. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly on the tablet on the table. There isn't free parking, but nearby temporary lots charge reasonable rates, around 400 yen a night. Even though many cars were parked, there were spaces available. For longer stays, note that towels aren't replaced and rubbish isn't collected. There's a large bin, but it can be nearly full after about two days if you're eating out. The drawer under the TV has colored paper and origami instruction books, a nice way to pass some time. Internet TV includes YouTube, Netflix, and other OTT services. The residential neighborhood is quiet at night. The second floor can be noisy, perhaps because of the flooring and living room design. I contacted the landlord through the booking site, and they kindly messaged the upstairs neighbors to remind them. Next time I'd choose a second-floor room to avoid that noise. There's no elevator, though I noticed the second-floor rooms have an entryway downstairs that might be useful for storing large luggage instead of carrying it up and down. At checkout, use the tablet, then stick the “checked out” sticker on the outside of the door.
