(For my part, I stayed one month, from 30/10/2023 to 27/11/2023.) The accommodation is typical of Japanese homes, with perfectly adequate futons. If you want to be close to onsens and a shrine, while also near Fukuoka, this is a good fit. If you prefer American or European comfort, choose a hotel instead. I'm responding to the unkind criticism in the comments.

The cleanliness was very good, and the amenities made the trip really comfortable. For a reasonable price, it offered more than most hotels. The station is about a 15-minute walk away, but with so much provided for the cost, I think it’s a sensible choice. There was a washing machine, toothpaste, toothbrushes, toiletries and cooking utensils. The amenities exceeded my expectations.

The suburb felt lifeless, and our studio didn’t really look like the photos. It was cramped, cluttered and kitschy, with no reception area. On the plus side, products were available, the internet connection was good and guests could use bicycles.

We stayed one night on May 4th, a group of five. The interior was hygienic and clean, and we slept really soundly in the bunk bed.
