Breakfast was a real highlight, with excellent quality across the dishes. The hard-working staff kept the area clean and replenished. It’s served from 6-9. We were able to check in before the usual time, which we really appreciated after traveling all night, and I’d like to thank the front desk staff for understanding. The hotel is a 13-minute walk from the domestic terminal. The mattress is firm, and the shower head has strong pressure that felt great on tired muscles. The room temperature was comfortable enough that we didn’t use the AC. The pajamas were very comfortable, and this was my first hotel with pajama shorts. There were only some Japanese TV channels, but the wifi was strong enough for watching YouTube on my phone. A toothbrush was in the room. Other amenities were by reception, and extra things to borrow were on the 6th floor. Definitely recommend.

The standard-sized room had enough space to open our luggage, and breakfast was standard but good considering it was included. The hotel is near the domestic airport, though it’s still about a 10-minute walk with a lot of luggage, including over a walkway bridge that has a ramp. There’s a morning shuttle to the airport. Overnight parking costs extra, but the rate is affordable.
There isn’t much around the hotel, which makes it inconvenient. The 15-minute walk from the airport would leave you soaked in the rain, and I can’t believe the shuttle only runs from the hotel in the morning at limited times. The room is small. Seeing part of the runway is nice, but noise from Fukuoka Airport’s frequent takeoffs and landings is unbearable. The refrigerator often makes a loud sound when it turns on, and the 24-hour ventilation has a constant high-pitched whir, as shown in the video. It’s just stressful. The price isn’t particularly cheap, and with this level of service I’d pay a little more for a business hotel near Hakata Station or somewhere similar. I’ll never stay here again.
A great fit for our morning flight, with an easy complimentary airport transfer. The room was a good size, breakfast was delicious, and cleanliness, functionality, and value were all five-star.
It was a wonderful stay, and the hotel was super clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the gentleman at reception made us feel welcome. Just a short drive from the airport.
