I had trouble getting an exact pickup location for the taxi from the airport because the Go taxi app wasn’t finding the hotel, and it took a while to sort out. The building looks like a regular apartment block that was converted into a hotel. There’s no breakfast, and when I asked about places nearby, the staff didn’t know of any and weren’t helpful. I ended up finding a breakfast buffet around the corner at another hotel on Google Maps. I stayed one night and had to buy water, though most places give you a bottle for free. The room was humid and stuffy, and figuring out the traditional air conditioner took me 15 minutes of using Google Translate on the buttons. As a foreigner, dealing with that was a hassle. I don’t think I’d come back.

Flawless stay. Everything was brand new, spotless, convenient, and worked as it should. There were power outlets all over the room, a cute little hot tub, a humidifier, a balcony, storage service, and more.

The coffee service was a nice touch, and the staff were pleasant, though the service itself wasn’t anything special. I was traveling for work and paid around 10,000 yen. It seemed more expensive than usual because there was a concert on. As I was alone, I could relax in a double room, and the bed could fit two. The room and bathroom were small and cramped, though clean. The air freshener spray was really helpful, thank you. Check-in was frustrating: there were two staff members and two machines, but both staff were busy helping a Chinese guest negotiate their accommodation. Business travelers are short on time, so please process check-ins at the same time. I was late to my next appointment. Please be more flexible.
