The staff were especially kind, and the restaurant and various facilities were good too. The room was sweet and large. The hotel is on an island, so some people may find it a little far from downtown, but it only takes 15 minutes to get there. It's a really great hotel in Fukuoka, and I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay there. : )

We’ve stayed here twice. There are lots of families, and the hotel has kid-friendly amenities and facilities, but it still feels quiet and comfortable. The room and facilities are great.

The breakfast was super tasty and got the day off to a good start. Rooms are big, modern, and clean, and the public bath was clean too. The location is the downside: it’s out among container terminals and warehouses, and driving anywhere means taking the toll road.

Mr. Nagasue, Iwao at the front desk was so kind and helped us pack a parcel. It was a really nice stay, and he’s made me want to visit this hotel again.
