The room was pleasant and a decent size. The bed felt a little harder than I prefer, but that's just personal taste. Staff are great, and the facilities are a bit more limited than you'd want, though completely adequate for normal needs. Public transport is slightly less convenient than you might hope from a Toyoko Inn in Hakata. They offer a shuttle to both the airport and main station, which helps. The price feels about right for what you get, neither a bargain nor overpriced. I'd be happy to stay again or recommend it if I return to Fukuoka, though I'd probably check whether I could find a better deal elsewhere.

I’ve stayed with Toyoko twice on separate trips to Japan, once in Tokyo and now in Fukuoka. It’s a dependable place, with decent amenities, free breakfast, and a washer and dryer. They also let you leave your luggage there for a few days.

The room was good, and the staff were friendly, as I’ve come to expect at a Toyoko Hotel. I had a good stay and would happily come back.

Not bad, but the water boiler in the room wasn’t working. If it doesn’t work, there’s no point leaving it there.

Could you please just send me an email address? I need help cancelling a booking for October 2025, and I’ve posted here several times asking for help. I can’t get into the reservation site because I forgot my password. I tried resetting it, but no reset email arrived. I also called your phone number, but couldn’t reach a front desk. I don’t understand Japanese, so I can’t follow the automated voice system. Please send me an email address. Thanks.
