I'm sharing what happened when I checked in. I'm a foreign resident with an address in Japan, but the hotel asked me to submit a copy of my residence card and said I couldn't stay without one. It was late, so I ended up staying. Still, I found it questionable that they required a copy even from guests who have an address in Japan. If you're in the same situation, I'd suggest checking with them in advance.

The building is old, but it's been kept up well. I was impressed by how polite the staff were, both at reception and in the breakfast area. Breakfast tasted good too, and I was able to relax thanks to them.

My room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of Fukuyama Castle. The front desk staff were courteous, and I didn't find the older facilities inconvenient. It costs less than other hotels, and I had a relaxing stay. For its age, I think it's a really nice place.

It's an older property, but the staff were helpful and I was satisfied with my stay. The price is reasonable, and parking at ¥500 a night is a plus. It's about a 5-6 minute walk to the station, and depending on the room, Fukuyama Castle might be visible from the window.

The room was comfortable, even though the hotel is a fair way from the station. Compared with my stay about a year ago, the unit bath had been cleaned more thoroughly.
