Hotel Munin Furano

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms were very clean. We had a great time, and the staff were super kind and helpful. To the man working at the front desk today, thank you, that was so kind!

We stayed for 2 nights, on 5 and 6 Oct. The lounge was the best part. Tea, coffee, flavored water, wine, and snacks were all complimentary. They had special Lupicia tea in flavors like green tea with apple, green tea with peach, and lavender tea. For coffee, you can grind your own beans with a manual grinder and make a pour over. Great experience, highly recommend. The price was decent, and the rooms were quite clean and new. With a bit of rearranging, you can open two full size luggages. There's a decent number of parking lots, and they give you 2 pillows per pax. It's a bit far from the main Furano nightlife area, but close to Ningle terrace, 5 mins away. Wifi is decent. You can fit about 2 full sized luggage if you play a bit of tetris.

We stayed one night during the blizzard. The hotel has a public bath and a cozy lounge with free drinks and wine. The kids enjoyed the board games and chess while the adults relaxed in the evening with tea or wine and snacks. They also provide snow brushes, which we used to clear snow off our car the next morning.

Breakfast was good, and the room felt comfortable. The public bath is on the small side, though. It’s a quiet little hotel near the hillside, with a few spaces out front and more parking about 200m away. Checkout is at 10, which felt early, and the front desk staff came across a bit grumpy.
