ＦＵＲＡＮＯ ＮＡＴＵＬＵＸ ＨＯＴＥＬ - Vacation STAY 68187v

This was my second stay at the natulux, and I’ve been pleased both times. The rooms are reasonably priced without feeling cheap, and the staff are attentive and kind. It’s central, with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The onsen is small, more like a tub, but I used the lovely hot stone floor in the spa room every day. Breakfast may not be worth the price. I’ll be back!

Our room looked out toward the main road, with Furano JR station just across from it. There’s free parking both beside and opposite the hotel, and eateries and convenience stores are close by. The room was decent, though small. We could open a 28 inch suitcase, but couldn’t leave it open because there wasn’t enough space to walk around. At reception, one woman was very helpful and friendly, while one of her coworkers wasn’t as friendly.

It was easy to get around from here, with the train and bus station beside the hotel, three parking lots, and most city restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were very spacious, though a little dated. Soundproofing could be better too, as we could clearly hear the upstairs room walking around.

The breakfast set was decent, and the restaurant staff were very polite. Parking is free and close by, and the hotel staff were upfront that the bath is hot water only, not an onsen. The arrival setup was less comfortable: there’s no pickup or drop-off spot in front, and the lobby felt like a bookshop with an odd bookshelf in the middle. Reception came across as cold, and checking in by machine with staff assisting felt very uncomfortable.
