The house has two floors, and you need to climb up to reach the two beds on the second floor. That floor also has the kitchenware, including a toaster oven, electric stove, pan, pots, microwave, and fridge. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a washing machine with a built-in dryer. You have to collect the key at the nearby restaurant, Ajito.

The lodge itself was great and clean, but I didn't have a contact number for the initial check-in. I found a guy next door who had the keys.

The owner was very kind and looked after me well. I'd love to stay again if I return to Furano. Having dinner nearby at Ajito was convenient, so we didn't have to go far in the evenings. Ajito was closed on the day I stayed, but they had a stall in front of the station, where I went to eat. When I mentioned I was staying here, the owner gave me yakisoba for free. The kebab I bought had an unusual ethnic flavor and was delicious. The cottage was cozy and warm, with an L-shaped sofa that was great for relaxing. The newly renovated bathroom felt like a hotel bathroom and was very clean. I also had the plan with a private sauna, and it was the most satisfying sauna I've stayed at, despite having visited saunas all over the country. The photogenic wood-fired sauna was over 100 degrees, the cold bath was great, and the relaxation area had infinity chairs and a lovely view of the Furano sky. The whole flow of the sauna was great for someone who uses saunas.

The setting was really comfortable and the room was clean. Having a sauna surrounded by nature is the best ♪ Ajito next door serves delicious drinks and BBQ. A must-see for anyone who loves nature and saunas 👍🏽
