The room comes in one standard size, with either twin or double beds. On Level 6, where check-in is, there's also the restaurant, indoor and sheltered outdoor Onsen, and a Relaxation Room. The Onsen was a highlight, especially the cold plunge, and it provides complimentary toiletries from cleansing oil and moisturiser to shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, and shower caps. Lockers are free to use. Laundry machines are self-service and free, with drying costing ¥100 for 20 minutes. The relaxation area has a massage chair for free, with a 15-minute limit per session, and comics to browse. Breakfast at the Level 6 restaurant is ¥2,000 per adult or ¥1,000 per child. Each evening from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, they serve complimentary Yonaki Soba. Coffee and water are free all day, and popsicles and probiotics are offered at different times. Parking next door costs ¥1,000 per day. The car park connects directly to the hotel on Level 2, and parking on 2D gives direct building access.

The room and the Onsen on the 6th floor were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's around a 7-minute walk from JR Gifu station. After using the Onsen, guests can get free ice cream, a sugary drink, and ramen.

I was traveling alone, and this place had everything I needed. Dormy inns are always really nice, and this one was too: clean, a very short walk from the train station, and a great price.

The hot spring was my favorite part and would be a big reason for me to come back. Dormy Inn is in an office district, so nights are quiet. A skybridge connects the JR station with the office area, making it easier to roll luggage without crossing the street or getting caught in rain. The walk to JR Gifu station takes about 5-10 minutes. There are supermarkets and restaurants beneath the station, so getting food is easy.

We can walk from the train station over the overpass, and Family Mart is about 3 minutes away. The bed was comfortable, and we liked the Onsen, plus the free noodles, ice cream, and probiotic drink offered at different times of day. This was our second Dormy, and we'd definitely recommend them over APA.
