BiBi Hotel Convention Bay

The room turned out just like the Google photos, which was a relief since pictures aren’t always accurate. I’d spent a lot of time researching places for my Okinawa trip and picked BiBi for the price, location, and how the rooms looked. Check-in was easy, and the room had the amenities I needed. It isn’t fancy, but I just wanted somewhere clean and comfortable, and that’s what I got. I’d stay there again if I come back to Okinawa.

For what I paid, this was a wonderful hotel for a two-night stay. The manager was really nice and even brought us chopsticks when we realized we hadn’t picked any up at the supermarket. It’s good value for a roadside hotel, though parking costs extra and they make sure there’s a space for you. The room was like a small apartment, with a kitchen, bath, washer in the kitchen, and microwave. It was quite spacious and fit my big bag.

The staff were helpful and kind, and the location worked really well for me, close to the coast, convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. Everything I needed was there, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. The bathroom also had a washing-dryer function controlled by a special remote on the wall. It was clean and hygienic, with the bathroom separate from the toilet, which had an electric bidet. Thanks for the good service. I had a wonderful stay.

The rooms were dirty, and bugs bit me while I was sleeping. Staff were rude, and the service was terrible. They charged more than the listed price and didn’t give an itemized receipt. The only thing I’d recommend this place for is a one-night stand.
