The room felt very basic for the price. I've stayed at several hotels in this range that were better in every respect. The kitchenette had only a microwave and fridge, with no hotplate. Internet was slow, measuring under 15 Mb/s, and there were no outlets by the bed. The staff seemed in a bad mood and didn't greet or welcome me. They could use some customer service training.

We had a large, comfortable bed for two, a balcony, and a TV and air conditioning that both worked well. The apartment was spotless throughout, with friendly staff and paid parking under the building. It was also an easy walk to popular shopping and nightlife areas. The price was great and the place exceeded my expectations. Check-in is strictly after 3 p.m., and late checkout costs 1,000 yen per hour. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The location is pretty good, fairly close to Kokusai Dori and the Prefectural Office Monorail station. The stay was otherwise quite alright, but nobody at the hotel spoke even a little English, and the woman at reception kept hanging up when I called.
