Komugi No Yado

There aren't many shops nearby, but Fukue-cho has several big supermarkets for picking up what you need. The owner was incredibly kind, which made my stay enjoyable even though the weather was awful and my plans didn't work out. I could unwind and forget everyday life while looking out at the sea in this quiet spot. The thoughtful interior and little decorative touches show the owner's taste. The bathroom had L'Occitane amenities, and the roomy tub made it easy to soak and relax. I'd love to come back when the weather's better.

I came to Fukue Island for the first time, for sightseeing and fishing, and the harbor view was amazing. The room had carefully chosen furniture and cooking utensils. I also asked for a BBQ and was lent some great equipment. We ate lots of Goto beef that we'd bought from Nikukatsu. I'll definitely return!

In winter I couldn't make use of the lovely, spacious garden, so I'd like to stay here again in summer. The harbor is right there in front, and the peaceful setting made time feel like it moved slowly. Such a lovely inn. ♡ I definitely recommend it!
