The rooms look out over the slopes, which are lit up at night. After a long day snowboarding, it was great to have tasty food and a relaxing onsen. The location is ideal, right across from the slopes.

We came just for the onsen around 1pm, and had the bath to ourselves. The place is a little dated, but the outdoor bath is lovely in winter. There’s a large area where you can relax after bathing.

The view from our room was spectacular, from Mt. Dainichi to Mt. Hakusan. I could have looked at it all day. The scenery was great, the outdoors were lovely, and the hotel itself was beautiful, so I was very satisfied with my snowboarding stay. Dinner’s chanko ko (chanko) was delicious, but the rice was even better. How do they cook it so well? It was almost unbelievably tasty, and I ate my fill. Thanks to all the kind hotel staff for explaining everything so carefully. I’ll definitely come again next year. Thank you!
