We stayed in the main building and had a perfect stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a mist shower, and the place is dog-friendly. You do have to carry your pup to and from the room, though. I wish we could walk the dog there instead, that's my only complaint. Breakfast was a Japanese-style obento. I'm not a big fan, but my husband really enjoyed it. I'd highly recommend staying here.

A non-smoking room shouldn't smell of smoke, and the room wasn't kept very clean either. I put up with it because the price was so low, but I won't be back. There are other cheap options besides the LC.

The sauna was awful, really damp, with a loud TV playing the whole time. The hotel does have some nice extras, though: a lounge with free drinks, a beanbag rest room, and free laundry machines.

We had to change our plans, and the hotel helped us with everything we needed. The receptionists weren't fluent in English, but they communicated with foreign guests using a translator app, which was very cool. Our room was clean and spacious, and the tram station was nearby. There was also a machine for checking in and out.

The room wasn't so cheap, but free washing machines and a dryer were available, and breakfast was quite full. I hadn't realized the room I'd chosen would be in the Annex building. It's close to the tram station and Fami Cafe too.
