The bathroom was quite small, but I could still relax with a soak in the tub after a long day exploring Hakodate. Our room had enough space for three people, and we could open and organize our luggage comfortably. The facilities were complete, like you'd expect at a standard hotel, and pajamas are provided so you don't need to bring your own. The price felt reasonable for the comfort and facilities. My stay at MyStays Hotel was good, and I'd definitely consider coming back. Hakodate Station is very close, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers.

A compact, practical and comfortable room, and it was clean. Hakodate station and the bus station are very close, with a tram stop nearby too. There's a washing machine for a fee, and water is provided. A recommended place to stay.

It's pretty affordable and really convenient, just near Hakodate station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. They have rooms in different sizes, big or small, depending on how many people are coming.

I’d stay here again. The front desk staff were patient and understanding, and one of them helped me contact the bus company after I left my bag on the bus. I can’t remember her name, but I really appreciated her help.

Right across from JR Hakodate Station, so getting around was easy. The staff were friendly, there’s parking next door, and there’s great ramen right by the entrance.
