Check-in was smooth and easy because the host replied quickly to texts and was easy to reach. The place was clean and welcoming, and everything looked just as described. All the amenities listed were there, which made for a great first impression.

This doesn’t seem to be a hotel. It looks like one of those two-hour hotels. Nobody answered the phone, and there’s no one here. Total scam. Stay away.

I had an incredible stay in this Hakone Airbnb. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the host was welcoming and helpful, with great recommendations and care for our comfort. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, close to the hot springs and local attractions.

The house was tidy, clean, and fully equipped, but it’s a bit far from the station. It may not work well for small children or elderly guests: the toilet is on the first floor, the kitchen and shower are on the second, and the stairs are narrow.
