The peaceful hotel and its tranquil surroundings made for a great stay, with excellent service and both private and public onsen. I'd definitely come back. One thing to know: there's a short uphill walk to the hotel, so with a lot of luggage I'd arrange a pickup. The entrance is down a narrow driveway near the 7-11 convenience store parking lot. Google Maps sent us around to the back of the hotel.

For the price, this is a really nice hotel. The staff were helpful and kind, and guests can use the mini onsen in the basement and the private bath in the main building for free. There’s also a drink bar, a coffee area, and a deck to sit and relax. It’s a bit of a walk to get there, but worth it.
