Think carefully before booking. When I found a date error and tried to get it fixed, the villa ignored the support team’s requests to resolve it. They take your money quickly, but when it comes to basic communication or helping a customer, they don’t respond. Very poor management and no accountability.

I’m sharing this because communication from the property was completely lacking. I contacted them to sort out a date problem, but got no response, even after the booking platform’s support team tried to reach them for me. It’s deeply disappointing to pay for a reservation and get no help or accountability from the property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Loved how cozy the place felt, and my family did too. The rooms were very clean and warmer than other Japanese houses we’ve stayed in.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy house. There was plenty of room and lots of facilities, and we’d definitely come back.

The tatami room was a hit with the kids, who were happy to sleep together there. Our family of nine, including children and older relatives, found the house clean and cozy, and we all enjoyed the amenities.
