A lovely traditional home in Hakone, with plenty of room. It’s in a great location and made a comfortable base for a couple of days.

A nice place to stay, with such a big room that it felt comfortable. There’s a 7-11 just 3 minutes away! Hope we can come back soon.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, so they gave us a pocket Wi-Fi instead. There’s only one parking space, and they don’t store luggage before or after checkout. Check-in is self-service. The price was okay for what we got, and it gets lower closer to the stay date.

A cozy blend of traditional Japanese Ryokan style and modern amenities. It’s very close to the station and 7-11, and makes a great base for a Hakone visit.

We booked this place for a family trip to Hakone. From the photos on Google Maps and Airbnb, it looks like a great place to stay. Looking forward to our visit.
