Apartments Hakuba

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus a drying area just inside the entrance. The beds were warm, and Saka Slope chair lift at Happo One was an easy walk away. We were a family of four staying at Apartments Hakuba for eight days, our second visit, and we already want to come back. Issac and Bree were fantastic hosts, welcoming and accommodating, easy to reach, and full of knowledge about the area. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made the trip even more enjoyable.

We found the rooms comfortable, with excellent heating for the cold. The managers were easy to contact if we needed anything, and they explained things clearly when they picked us up. Bree and Isaac were friendly and helpful throughout, and we’d certainly return. On our first day, they collected us from the bus terminal at a time that suited our arrival, took us to the supermarket, then brought our bags to the apartment while we sorted out rental equipment. They also shared places to eat and advice on beginner-friendly skiing when driving us around. The next day they took us to a ski slope and showed us how to use the shuttle system. Great service all around.

Izaak and Bree made the stay run smoothly, from check-in through departure. They were easy to contact, friendly, and had useful local knowledge and recommendations that made our trip much easier. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and set up well for a ski trip. We really enjoyed staying there and would happily come back.

Isaac and Bree really made our stay better. They know the Hakuba valley inside out and were always ready to help. Absolute GOATs.
