Natural Pension Pumpkin

The breakfast was a real treat. The manager’s wife made it, and the manager served it warmly. It was Western style, with soft bread and wonderful soup, and they served different fresh, delicious dishes on consecutive days. We hadn’t reserved dinner ahead of time, so it was a little disappointing that dinner wasn’t available to us. They also sell Hakuba 47 tickets for much less than the counter price. This was my first stay at this warm, welcoming hotel, which has an Asian style. The manager and team made us comfortable and greeted us warmly at the entrance. There’s no lift to the second floor, but the manager carried all our large bags up himself. The room was spacious and Asian style, with a new washing machine for laundry after skiing and, best of all, a massage chair that helped us recover from tiredness. The onsens were large and relaxing, especially the outdoor Asian-style one. I was also surprised that the shampoo and body wash were the same brand used by big hotels in Japan. I’ll definitely come again and recommend it to my friend who’s coming to Hakuba. Thank you╰(*´︶`*)╯

The owner was so nice, and all the facilities were great, especially the bathroom and onsen. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. I’ll definitely come back.

They really take care of you here. The service is great, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the outdoor onsen is lovely. Breakfast is amazing, and the staff are always glad to help with any information you need.

We really enjoyed the owner Joe’s sense of humor. The hospitality was excellent, the food was amazing, and the outdoor bath has a fantastic view. This place is a great choice for a stay, and I definitely recommend it.
