It's older and a bit dated, and yes, no heated toilet seats, so I want a refund 🤣🤣🤣. Still, it was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, the location was spot on, and breakfast was on point. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the towels were fresh, soft, and clean. For our budget conscious family of eight, booking four rooms here was definitely the right call. I'm excited to come back in Spring for the MTB!

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the location was great, close to a slope you can ski from, the Happo one gondola, a good bar, ski shops, and the bus station. Our room was a bit old and dated, but had a great view. Breakfast was alright. Nothing exceptional, but I'd recommend it.

We stayed five nights during ski season. The location was good, within an easy walk of restaurants and bars. The rooms were OK, but even with the heater on, we needed layers indoors to stay warm. Breakfast was basic if you wanted Western food, and the serving window was short, making it hard to get ski gear on and catch the buses in time. Reception was often unattended, and the lights and some automatic doors were frequently off at night. I saw other guests ringing the reception bell, but no one was around to hear.

Some areas could use a bit of care, and it isn't the fanciest place, but we had a great stay. The staff were really helpful, including when an accident meant a trip to the hospital. They also gave us good advice about nearby snow gear rentals. It's well located for nearby ski fields and has nice food options. Highly recommend.

My summer hiking trip went really well, partly thanks to this hotel and its staff. I arrived late on a Sunday night and couldn't book online because of a problem on my end. The owner kindly helped me out and even held my luggage while I stayed at a mountain hut.
