The Hakuba woods right in front of us made for a surreal stay. The cabin is stunning, the amenities are top notch, and the kitchen was well stocked. 100% recommend!

The room with a sauna was amazing, especially getting to soak outdoors with the forest all around. It’s so peaceful here, and the heating should keep you comfortable even in the depths of winter. I’d recommend it if you want to unwind in Hakuba and feel close to nature. We’d love to come back in early or mid-summer, when the fresh greenery is at its best, and get away from the heat.

Easy self check-in, with clear instructions. The house feels like a dream, tucked close to nature, and the starry night is lovely too. A wonderful stay.

It’s a private rental, and you can mostly cook your own meals, so just buy ingredients beforehand and you’ll be set. You can stream YouTube and Netflix, but there’s no TV, which makes it a nice place to unplug. A really relaxing, lovely space.
