It feels a lot like having your own home, with two floors, twin beds, bunk beds, a washing machine and dryer, kitchen, dishwasher, espresso machine, and living room. The place is near the forest, with fresh air and room to relax. The onsen, restaurants, and Lawson are within walking distance, and there's space to go jogging too. Great hospitality and a lovely place for a family or group holiday.

The staff made a real effort to help us, especially when we ran into a problem with our transfer bus to Tokyo. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service went beyond what I expected. The chalet was just as pictured, with modern, very clean facilities and comfortable beds. It's in a great spot, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and ski facilities. If you have ski gear, you can book the free shuttle vans through their WhatsApp page for rides to and from the ski lifts. It's an awesome chalet for a family group. I'd highly recommend it and would come back.

We stayed here to cycle at Iwatake, and it was only a short ride from Wadano Woods to the bike park. The chalet had plenty of room for our group, and the stay was very pleasant. There's a bath, laundry with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Lawson is nearby for convenience, and you can head into town for groceries. There are lots of soba restaurants around too, though it's worth checking or calling ahead to reserve.

Hakuba Hotel Group's customer service was world class. The people we dealt with were easily the most accommodating and professional I've encountered. The accommodation itself was exceptionally beautiful too. We'll definitely come back, and stay longer next time!

A little tip for the two downstairs bedrooms: leave the doors open and the fans running even when you're not in there. If the doors are shut with no fan on, the rooms can get a damp smell. The chalet was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the whole place had a refreshing wood scent. It felt like a summer house, only much better, with lots of privacy. The staff left a sweet handwritten welcome note, and the parking right beside the chalet made things easy. We could drive to everywhere we wanted to go in 5-10 minutes. It was our first time in Hakuba, and everyone we met was friendly. We went SUPing at the lake, visited an onsen and Iwatake for its magnificent view, and had a BBQ at the chalet. We had a great time and would love to return. Hakuba is worth visiting in summer as well as winter. Thanks for helping us make such a lovely memory!
