We stayed in Zen Villa A, which has one shower and two toilets. Worth knowing if you're travelling with a bigger group, though it wasn't a negative for us. The chalet was spotless, the rooms very comfortable, and its convenient location made things easy. Their pick-up, departure, and dinner shuttles were a big help for getting around and picking up essentials. The complimentary food and drinks were delicious. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Hakuba!

The location made this trip so easy, with Happo one ski school right there and great places to eat within walking distance. Our chalet was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us manage the daily logistics for our family of five and the kids’ nanna. We couldn’t fault the stay and really hope to return to Zen Chalets in Hakuba. Thanks for making it such a memorable visit!

The team even helped when our transporter struggled with the slope, talking us through other ways to get to the airport. We also appreciated the rides to ski school and for groceries. Everyone we met was attentive, warm, and keen to make things go smoothly. The villa was quiet but close to amenities, very clean, cosy, and modern, and the kids absolutely loved the loft. Thank you, Sarah and the whole team, for a fantastic stay. We’ll tell our friends about it. Five out of five.

Mick & Sarah made the whole process easy, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even included a grocery run. The accommodation was lovely, with restaurants and the gondola only a short walk away. We had a brilliant week and would happily recommend it.

The staff were friendly and quick to respond, which made the stay even better. Zen Chalets is well placed for the slopes, aki rental and a range of restaurants, and the chalets and cabins are comfortable. A great place to stay.
