Green Business Hotel Hakui

I stayed here alone as a woman and had no real concerns. There was an air purifier in the room, which helped me feel less worried about smells overnight. Some facilities had issues, as other reviews mentioned: opening the door took a bit of knack, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Still, the staff were kind and helpful, and I didn’t feel they were bad at all. It may suit people who aren’t too particular and are tired of standard hotels.

I was here on a business trip, and some of the interior clearly needed repairs, which made me uneasy. The cleaning and other upkeep felt minimal. I’d hoped for something closer to Japanese-style business hotel quality. Continental ornaments and burning incense gave the place an unusual atmosphere.

This was a business trip stay, and the place was completely unclean. I was worried the elevator might drop at any moment. The bathroom drained poorly, there was an extra-strong Unish pipe on the sink, and water sprayed from the bottom of the shower. When I raised it at the front desk, they responded arrogantly. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

I booked a room, but when I arrived that day they told me there was no reservation. Their arrogant attitude was so disappointing that I won’t come back.
