The rooms are small, but I've stayed in smaller business hotels in Japan. Some things look a bit dated, though that was fine. The place was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful with parking and everything else. Breakfast was a Japanese style buffet with rice, salad, curry, and miso soup, plus some bread and eggs. For the price and location in Hamamatsu, I'd stay again.

There isn't much in the way of services, and the parking lot only has a few spaces. The room's small too, but it's a business hotel, not a luxury place. It was tidy, as I'd expect in Japan, and surprisingly hard to beat for the price. Breakfast was good, staff were kind and attentive, and there's a convenience store across the quiet street. I slept well and will drive safe.

Everything was pleasant, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was really delicious too. My only suggestions: improve ventilation in the smoking rooms so the cigarette smell doesn't linger at bedtime, and provide a way to hear the TV without bothering other guests. The volume topped out at 20, so I couldn't enjoy the movies. Aside from that, the stay was relaxing.

The room was clean, and the hotel is close to the station. Breakfast came buffet style, and the Video On Demand service was free to use.

The room was cheap and adequate, with clean sheets and a hot shower, and the train station was well situated nearby. But the smell of cigarettes was everywhere, in the room, hallway, and lobby.
