The Wi-Fi was really poor, which was my one complaint. Otherwise, this is a pricey but classy Japanese inn that pays good attention to what guests need. Dinner was incredible, with grilled Unagi and free-flowing drinks and beer. I preferred the public onsen to the one reserved for guests, though the guest-only area had free ice pops and drinks, Yakult, and great massage chairs. I’d come back if I pass through here again.

The three hot springs left me feeling relaxed, and I could still use the hot spring facilities after checkout. The buffet had lots of tasty choices, too. Staff were wonderful, and the COVID precautions made it easy to stay without worrying. I had a great experience.

Our room was spacious and clean, and dinner at the hotel was great, with plenty of Japanese dishes to choose from. The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute drive from Hamamatsu flower park.

The amusement area lets you enter for free, but each ride costs 400-600, so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has good facilities, and the onsen has a few options. Our room was clean, and the dinner and breakfast were the best I’ve had in Japan so far.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and there was a nice balcony with two chairs. A small table out there would be handy. Inside, there was only one chair, so a sofa would be a useful addition. The hotel was clean enough, though the hallways can be a long walk depending on where your room is.
