The last time we stayed, the toilet gave us trouble, but a staff member sorted it out quickly and moved us to an upgraded room the following day. The woman who helped us always wore a mask, and I can't remember her name, but she handled everything so well. She seemed overworked, and the hotel is lucky to have her. We’ve stayed here several times because it’s so close to Shinkanzen station.

I really can't stand cigarette smells, so I was grateful the staff found a way to move me out of the smoking room I’d booked by mistake. They first said I could switch at noon the next day because every room was booked or unavailable. I went out for Mega Kebab, and when I got back about half an hour later, they already had another room ready. Really good service.

The staff were helpful and kind, and the price was good. The room could've been cleaner.

The price was reasonable and the service was great. The room had a bathtub, shampoo, and everything else I needed. The only issue was that my friend wasn't allowed to come over, even though we weren't planning to stay.
