The apartment had plenty of space for our group, was comfortable, and is well placed for getting around the city. The check-in directions were clear and everything went smoothly. One odd thing: the main entrance was meant to use a PIN code but stayed unlocked the whole time. The apartment door had an electronic lock that worked perfectly. We liked having a balcony accessible from two rooms. Some of the furnishings are older, though the air conditioning worked well. The beds were softer than I like. The bathroom was generally clean, but there was no sink stopper, so hair and residue in the drain were visible, which wasn't pleasant. The gas stove was a first for me in an Airbnb, and its burners were greasy and dirty, so I didn't feel like using them. The stay was good and comfortable; a few small improvements would make it better.

A good place for a lot of people to stay, but make sure you sort out check-in first since it uses some kind of tablet.

It's an alright place, but the on-site tablet check-in wasn't easy. I booked through Airbnb, and they should just send the web link in an Airbnb message. Using the tablet there was a pain.

The Japanese-style room had a bed in it, so there wasn't room to lay out a futon. The bed creaked terribly too, and wasn't very good.

The place is behind Aeon, so picking up anything you need is easy. There's also a drugstore nearby that's open until 10pm. Getting there on foot from the station is a bit of a trek, but the tram stop is about a 10-minute walk away. The unmanned check-in took some effort. We had the 3LDK on the 7th floor. Two Japanese-style rooms can be joined by opening the sliding doors, and the other room is Western-style with a bed. It looked like the sofa could be used for sleeping too. The room was chic and stylish. The shower pressure was weak, as I often find in apartment-style rooms. The bathtub drained slowly and sometimes overflowed. The air conditioning wasn't very effective.
