There were plenty of useful extras: a good coffee, tea, and soda bar, toiletries, and a decent laundry room. The onsen was decent and quite hot, though the facilities are a bit old. I stayed two nights in late October 2025. Surfaces looked clean, but there was a deeper layer of dust in some corners, so people with strong allergies or who are very particular about cleanliness may want to avoid it. It's well placed for walking, with restaurants, bars, and shopping just outside. Cross-posted to Agoda.

Great area, with food, shopping, and nightlife all around, and a good pick if you're traveling light. The room is tiny, but fine if you just need a place to sleep. There isn't a bathroom in the room; the bathroom and shower are shared. Inside you get a bed, mirror, mini fridge, and desk.

The rooms are the size of a double bed, and all are smoking rooms. Mine smelled bad, the faucet was broken, and the pillows were hard and heavy. The private bathroom was so cramped an average-sized person could barely fit, and it wasn't clean enough for a bath. The photos make the place look better than it is. Service was horrible, and the morning manager was very rude. Breakfast looked like leftovers. Nobody spoke another language besides Japanese, and they made no effort to communicate. It's far from everything. One star is too much.

If you're watching your budget, 3,000-plus yen a night for one person seems like a good deal, with breakfast available for an extra 250 yen. The room is tiny and has a TV, while the showers are on a different floor.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We had a good stay in a double room with a shared bathroom. Both the room and bath were clean. I'd recommend it.
