Hotel FLAN (Love Hotel)

I stayed here before, but won't be going back. The air conditioner and exhaust fan were so loud, and there were noises from all over the place, that I couldn't sleep. On my way out I noticed the delivery box was empty, so it seemed like noise from the room might be escaping outside too. It was unpleasant. The room smelled of cigarettes, and I wondered whether it had been cleaned properly. A label on a plastic bottle fell off as soon as I walked in, and the bath smelled moldy, so I skipped bathing. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude and seemed to have no customer service manner at all.

The woman working the day shift has a really bad attitude. She keeps going on about extra time and fees, and you can hear how annoyed she is in her voice. I'll pay what's due, of course, and I even thought the extension probably works out well for them since they earn more and don't have to clean the room yet. I can't see why she needs to be so irritated.

It was my first stay, and the staff's attitude left a lot to be desired. My food took almost an hour. When I tried to cancel the order, they asked, "What are you going to do about it?" That annoyed me a bit.

La Michel across the road charges way too much. This place is cheaper than that.
